Would there be anyone who can tell me what happened to Andy Ladas from the 1957 Outlaw Queen. I know he passed away shortly after this movie. He is my great grandmothers brother.
Hello, Irenie /Irene! Thank you for your comment. I don’t have any information on him, but perhaps someone else might. A quick Internet search says he was one of the “finest mandolin players in America.” Fascinating! Best of luck in your search!
Do you know how I can get a copy of “The Outlaw Queen” 1957?
His niece is still alive, she 97. I would like a copy or two. I can’t find this movie anywhere. I tried TCM, Amazon, Wayback Machine. I have looked through several movie sites. It would mean so much for my family if we could get a copy of this movie.
Irene
Dear Irene,
I have searched for “Outlaw Queen” as well, to no avail. I have never seen it, but I hope to one day. I will definitely post information about it if I ever run across it in any format. Thanks for writing.
